Government policies has a lot to do with nurses' burnout. If government provides enough funding to hire more staff to deal with nurses' shortage, it will improve the stressful nursing environment and eventually will help with nurses burnout.

Nurses burnout can really sercve as a lethal threat to pateint safety because if nurses are not stable and healthy they cannot take care of their pateints properly.

Nurses's job is very stressful, so nursing students must be made aware of it before they get into nursing school.

Nurses' burnout is a burning issue; it needs to be addressed on multidisciplinary level.
